Hi,
My name is Marlyn McCafferty, although I am better known as Maz.
My hobby has now turned into a developing business registered with Wiltshire Council. I have achieved a level 2 in 'Food safety for catering' and I work from my home in Westbury, Wiltshire, where I live with my husband Sean and foster son Brandon.
I make models out of sugar icing of brides and grooms dressed as close to the outfit they are wearing on their wedding day and copying the bride's hairstyle.
I also model babies for Christening cakes and can provide animals and cartoon characters for that special occasion.
I enjoy attending fêtes and demonstrating how to make sugar icing models and I also attend children's parties; showing children how to make their own creations which they can then keep.
